Customer Reviews
Good experience overall
I ordered a set of Fortune Auto Coilovers for my car and was pretty happy with the whole process. The website was easy to navigate, and finding the right fitment for my vehicle was straightforward. My order shipped out in about two days, which was quicker than I expected. It then took 4 days to reach me in California. I had a question about the dampening settings once they arrived, so I called customer service. The person who answered was knowledgeable and walked me through how to adjust them. The coilovers themselves seem high quality, exactly as described. Installation was smooth, and they've been performing well so far. No complaints on the product or the support.
Solid parts, slow updates
I bought some Whiteline Bushings and a Strut Tower Brace. The parts are definitely good quality, no issues there. They fit perfectly and have made a noticeable difference in handling, so I'm pleased with the product itself. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, about a week total to my door. What could be improved is the order tracking; it felt like the updates weren't super timely. I had to check back a few times before it showed any movement. Customer service responded to an email inquiry I sent about the delay within a day, which was good. Value-wise, the price was fair for the quality I received.
Fast shipping, correct parts
Ordered a Cold Air Intake. It arrived in 3 days. The part was exactly what I needed. Easy to install. Happy with the purchase.
Consistent service, always reliable
This was my third order from Urban Import, this time for some Air Lift Performance Kits. Like before, everything was handled efficiently. I usually buy my suspension parts here because I know what to expect. My previous orders for Tein Coilovers and some Megan Racing Coilovers also went smoothly. They always ship genuine parts, and I've never had a fitment issue. Delivery took about 5 business days, which is standard for them. It's nice to have a go-to store that's consistently good. No surprises, just good parts and service every time.
